I do love classic children's fiction, how different the world (and story) was for children 100 years ago, so much more freedom to go adventuring without adults, to take risks and learn from their mistakes. The inventiveness of the wishes and what happens with them makes for an enjoyable story and the five children are amusing and likeable.
