This was honestly a cute Queer YA book. I loved โ€œThe Sky is Blueโ€ so I was ready for this one! What really saved this book was the character growth throughout. Blaine, after being dumped by his boyfriend on his anniversary, decides to prove he can be serious too. He runs for senior class president in a bid to win back his ex and show him that he can change. However, when trying to win, he starts to realize, maybe there is more to life than trying to impress a trashbag of a human.  The storyline was pretty predictable, however, it was enjoyable to read.
