The Color Purple by Alice Walker

Did not finish book. Stopped at 1%.
Very difficult language (which does align with the characters). Starts off with SA - legit on the first page - which was quite jarring to say the least. I think this book has a lot of potential and would be great to break down in a University Literature class setting.
