A very interesting and informative book about learning to play music in general and guitar specifically. The author, who has never been musically-inclined, embarks on a mission as an adult to become proficient at playing the guitar. Throughout his journey he engages in serious amounts of research which suggest that it is possible to learn at any age.

He succeeds, happily. There are no shortcuts, however!
