Dark Places by Gillian Flynn

5.0

As typical with Gillian Flynn there is a dark theme, but different from her others as this book is based around the murdered Days and the two who weren't killed because of dumb luck or awful choices.

Libby Day survived the murders of her sisters and mother committed by her brother, Ben. Or did he do it? It seems that's the question she asks herself when she becomes low on cash and uses the Kill Club to fund her life while amusing their ideas Ben is innocent until she starts to connect dots. She uncovers bits her seven-year-old would've never known, would've never been told or even understood.

With each rock she turn and the more that comes into life: did Libby make a mistake?
