The Axe by Linda Griffin, Linda Griffin

3.0

This story was short, but fast paced and action packed. This will appeal to true crime fans and Frieda McFadden followers.

Although the word count was small, the descriptions and dialogue were substantial enough to feel like a complete story.

The action happens so quickly in the story that I audibly gasped! I was taken by surprise.

The ending felt a little improbable. The conflict was quickly resolved, by some deus ex machina.

Overall, I recommend reading this novella.

PS: I was happy to see the main character had the same name as me, which NEVER happens.

Thank you to Voracious Readers Only and the author for sending me this story in exchange for my review.
