Good for someone completely new to this subject but if you've followed nutrition science for any length of time there's no new information here, unfortunately - just "eat healthy whole foods and you'll feel better" which I think we all know. I was suspicious seeing the cover blurb from Mark Hyman and I should have trusted my gut (lol).
