I was uncertain of this series while reading the first book but having now devoured them I am pleasantly impressed.
I have thoroughly enjoyed diving into this world and seeing the characters grow by leaps and bounds.
The pacing still feels rushed, I wish this story had taken place over a longer period of time, utilizing time jumps/training montages if you will.
Think of the novella of downtime stories we could of had. (Maybe that's where the want of AO3 lies...)
