The plot is full of holes, the characters were all *so* unlikeable. And I really don’t understand how the narrator spent the whole book lying, to herself? Like, I get that her lies made for a great plot twist but we were seeing everything from her point of view so I don’t understand how her point of view was just not real? Anyway, the doctor was crazy unethical and the entire reason for the storyline was so… blown out of proportion?
