Sleeping Giants
by Sylvain Neuvel
Re-read 27/7/24
I really enjoyed this, although it took me a while to feel involved with the plot as its told via recorded meetings with a nameless person and a few journal entries of the other main characters but no real insight into their thoughts like most multi perspective novels.
Once I got into it however I loved this, the plot is unlike anything else I've read and there were several plot twists I didn't see coming. And that ending?! I'll definitely be picking up the next book in the trilogy soon, I need to know what happens next.
If you're looking for a great adult sci fi series, this is it.
