the first fourth of the book was really enjoyable and I liked reading about the new dynamic of Magnolia and BJ, but by the 2/4 to 3/4th of the book, I was sick of it and had to force myself through the book. tbh, the saving grace was the last fourth of the book because there was finally a dynamic change in their relationship, which kept me at the edge of my seat! I thought I would give this book no more than a 2.75 stars but the ending brought this book to a solid 3 stars.
