I enjoyed how we learned more about Lana’s sound mind in this book. How she may have psychopathic tendencies but is not a psychopath because she is still able to feel love and sorrow and empathy.
I liked the new dynamic between Hadley and Lana in this, now that Hadley knows who Lana is and how Hadley comes round to the idea that she actually thinks she can trust her.
There is a pretty graphic rape scene depicted in this book which was difficult to read.
I’m finding that I’m actually not as interested in the Logan/Lana romantic scenes as I am in the rest of the plot that’s going on which is interesting because usually I love a bit of romance but these two together aren’t making my heart sing - could be something to do with her being a serial killer and sadly constantly having to lie to him though lol.
