I read this as part of a challenge for Story Graph to read my most un-read genre. Romantcy just doesn't hit for me. If that is your favorite genre then you will love this book. The story, to me, seem to be pulled from other popular romance / fantasy books. If you took out the graphic sexual content, which is super cringe then the book, for me, would have received a higher rating.
