Dead Dead Demon's Dededede Destruction, Vol. 2 by Inio Asano

4.0

A dark slice of life with a pervasive sense of dread. The first two volumes are pretty slow, but I feel like it's a good build-up for what's to come. This has a very timely atmosphere for where we're at politically these days, which is maybe why it gives me anxiety.

Asano is good at writing fairly well-developed characters that really aren't supposed to be likeable, which I appreciate.
