It's Not Like It's a Secret by Misa Sugiura

2.0

Okey this was .... disappointing

The good part of this book:
- cute LGBTQIA+ story (lesbian love) - I wanted that!! especially the beginning was very promising
- diverse characters in the book
- easy writing and short chapters - it was a fast read
- the parts were they talk about poetry

The bad part...
- I will start with the casual racism and stereotypes that are ALL OVER THE BOOK, but never resolved or discussed. The racism was done even by the main character and also by the persons around her - family and friends ( if you have friends and they are racist towards you, you wouldn't shut up)
- there were so much cheating and lies and hiding.. that was so late in the book discussed but still... it was nasty and ruined the vibes I was hoping for.
