This was my 4th or 5th time reading this book and it will forever hold a special place in my heart. If you get it, you get it. And if you get it, I am deeply and profoundly sorry.
A very nostalgic read for me. It was one of the first books I read in my youth that truly made me feel seen. I get the criticism and see those perspectives, but this will forever be a book that I hold onto.
