Robinson Crusoe by Daniel Defoe

4.0

Good old Crusoe may be annoying at times, but it is certainly very entertaining and intriguing to follow him around on his adventures. I was not expecting there to be so much more besides his survival on the island, but I was pleasantly surprised to read about so much variety. You've got some action, some humour, some cruelty, some pleasantry, some religion, and of course some philosophy. Highly recommend it to everyone and I can not understand the low ratings, just because it is not up to date in every single aspect. It is still relevant in terms of other aspects.
