Love that this is a dive into how the brain works rather than an author's arbitrary musings and timeline on how to create good habits. THIS gave me a real understanding of how my habit-brain operates. And yes, implementing what she presents is going to be more work than the 'X Days To Good Habits' methods I've tried before. But that's OK because I've tried 40-days to create this habit, and 6-weeks to change that one, and none of it has stuck in the long run. Now I know why.
