Despite countless stories and revelations, it always felt like Peterson was still trying to remove herself from her own narrative. What kind of toll, if any, does being a sex symbol for years take on a person? What did she think of the years of people thinking she was her character? Things like that aren't really answered here, but we get a really bloody and oddly placed story about a pigeon. The audiobook was great tho.
