This is a really great book. Tambu makes for an interesting main character and narrator, and her coming of age is fascinating. There's so much depth to app of the characters, and the situations get more complex the more you examine them. This very much felt like the start of a coming of age story, rather than an entire process in one - which I didn't mind. I want to read the sequels.
Moderate: Eating disorder
