Ugh. So I tried giving this a chance after not loving Hatchet, but what drives me crazy about Paulsen books is they just end. Brian is back in the wilderness in bad circumstances and he's about to die and then, oh he's fine and the next thing you know he's at home with his mom. There was no resolution or rescue. In literally 3 sentences he is possibly going to die, things are ok, he answers the door at home 6 months later.
