caenerys_ 's review for:
The Will of the Many
by James Islington
I finished but i’m not sure I understand anything. Mostly I just wish he’d write in full sentences consistently.
I had my frustrations with this book but generally I had a good time and there were some truly brilliant moments. The plot is truly original and like like nothing I have encountered before. I do think Vis is an interesting main character but there was nothing particularly endearing about him and it became quite frustrating that he happened to be very good at pretty much everything. Eidhin was one of my favourite parts of the book but I became frustrated by the inclusion of Welsh as a dead fantasy language but it was included so badly!!! However, I do think I will be continuing the series when the next book is released.
