I'm not sure what I think about On A Night Like This, but it's certainly not positive.

Plot-wise, the book was all over the place, with our main character who's name I can't remember jet setting from Yorkshire to London to the Mediterranean. Most of the supporting case are awful human beings, and Juliette is a spoiled brat who has never been told no.

The Crystal Ball itself was... boring. The best parts of the book were when our main character was trying to keep from anyone realizing that she's a gatecrasher. And I loved the makeup artist. More of her, please. Same with the best friend. She's an amazing person who really needs more pages.

Evan... Evan was one-dimensional, even within a romance novel. Overall, not impressed.
