I was given this book by the publisher and Net Galley. I was lucky enough that I read the entire trilogy. I had high hopes for this book especially since it's the last one in the series. It however, doesn't feel like a finale. The plot seems to drag on from the second book when there was so much more that could've been done. Other trees and underworlds would've been the preferred focus for me but that didn't happen. A missed opportunity.

The blind direction the twins have is astounding. And it's amazing that they don't realize what horrible friends/sisters they are. They treat a lot of others in the town as less then. Old plot themes are forgotten and some small foreshadowing moments in previous books and this one, just don't get explored.

People have complained about the writing style and I have to be honest while they felt it got better I actually feel it got worse.

Overall I feel that this book as an end to a series is a disappointment.
