Great graphic novel! It was extremely heavy… which made the book a slow read. On top of that, this was the complete Persepolis so it was longer too. I gave it a 4.25 star rating only because it was long, heavy, and dark… it was definitely depressing. However, it was a reality, and it was perfectly written and illustrated. So, no complaints for me, it was just a lot which made the reading difficult for me… a person with depression and anxiety.
