Everything Changes by Jonathan Tropper

I've read most, if not all, if Tropper's books and this is hands down my favorite. It features the standard Tropper tropes (dysfunctional family, protagonist's life falling apart in their 30s), but it has such a moving ending. It was very hard to put down and will undoubtedly be one of my favorites this year.
