The Next Always
by Nora Roberts
I really have a soft spot for Nora Roberts. I always feel nice and happy after finishing one of her books. This one is no exception. This is the first in a trilogy about an inn Nora herself owns in Maryland. It kind of irritated me at first how the book is essentially an advertisement for that inn, but I actually really enjoyed reading about the renovations, so I guess I can't complain. I loved that this time she wrote about a main character with children, who is an Army widow. And I really loved the ghost! The stalker story was interesting but almost seemed unnecessary...but I guess without it, the whole book would have been uninterrupted sunshine and roses. And that gets kinda boring!
Recommended to any Nora Roberts fans, or anyone looking for something light and breezy.
