Heartbreaking. That’s what this book is. There is so many points where I had to put it down and take a breather because it was just too intense BUT the ability to evoke that kind of emotional response is what an amazing book is supposed to do. I finished this book a couple of weeks ago and I STILL can’t decide if I liked the ending but I respect it, understand it even, and appreciate the entire story. Just read it!
