The Elite by Kiera Cass
3.0

There were so many things wrong with this book. Aspen and America were so infuriating at times. The King's demeanor and Marlee's predicament came as a shock. The so called 'dystopian' plot definitely was much more elaborated upon than in 'The Selection' but it's filled with plot holes and Gregory Illeas's diary is borderline ludicrous. Again, may I repeat - America frustrated me to no end in this book. The scenes during Halloween and the diplomacy challenges were great and I really appreciated America *finally* laying it onto Aspen.

Yet. Yet. This is so damn addicting - it's like watching those mindless reality shows which are so poorly executed but filled with such drama and ridiculous entertainment you can't help but get hooked.
Onto 'The One'.
