It really is a really good book, I particularly like how many different characters' stories the book follows. All black women, but different generations, stories, attitudes. But their stories are all told with personality, most importantly. A lot of black queer narratives that I didn't even realise I needed to read, experiences I was happy to identify with. It's like sitting down and having a conversation with all these people. I like the overall voice of the book too. Ratings
