So Into You by Kathleen Fuller is a sweet Christian romance with a lot of heart. I found the story to be cute and engaging, and I appreciated how the author tackled deeper issues like addiction and anxiety. It was refreshing to see these topics addressed with sensitivity and care.
However, one thing that stood out to me was how much the book focused on alcoholism. While I understand the importance of exploring the struggles that come with addiction, I felt that it was emphasized a little too heavily at times. It seemed like every other character was dealing with alcoholism, which made the theme feel a bit repetitive. While it added depth to the story, I found myself thinking, "Who else in this book is an alcoholic?" It may have been a bit too much for me personally.
That said, the romance itself was sweet, and the faith-based elements were uplifting. If you're a fan of Christian romance and enjoy stories that tackle real-life struggles alongside love, this might be a good read for you!
