4.5
Brief. Brutal. Beautiful. A haunting exploration of war, masculinity, grief, guilt and mental health. Deliberately repetitive which won’t be to every readers taste but I found it an effective and impactful technique. This is an unflinching, confronting read which packs a hefty emotional punch.
Graphic: War, Mental illness, Sexual violence, and Violence
