What I Talk about When I Talk about Running by Haruki Murakami

5.0

If there's one thing I took away from this memoir it's to make sure there's two sides to you .

What you do for a living (no matter how efficient or productive it seems) and what you do for you (no matter how inefficient or unproductive it seems) .

Keep at it and one day, the fulcrum will balance and you shall reap the benefits of a meaningful life.

[4/5 if I'm being all conscientious but Murakami is one of my favourites so let me be biased: 5/5]
