A teenlit that I've been wanted to read back then when I was in middle grade and finally managed to read.
At first, I thought it's a translated novel since the writing style is just like what you'd typically found in, well, translated novel. A pleasant surprise, nevertheless, since it's such an enjoyable read and page turner. The slight twist and turn on the plot and the mood of this book is refreshing, and most of the characters are endearing. Kana's dad is the MVP for me I guess haha
