Started out a bit rocky and the inner monologue can be pretty repetitive but that’s a trend in all MZ books.

Only Mariana Zapata could write a superhero book and have me actually enjoy it. And on that same note, only Mariana Zapata could write a 638 page book and make me drop everything to immediately start reading it with my eyes, no less. I had an absolute blast reading this and I already know it's going on my roster of annual MZ rereads as soon as we get an audiobook!
