Star Wars: Darth Vader, Vol. 2: Shadows and Secrets by Adi Granov, Kieron Gillen, Salvador Larroca

It's really getting interesting now. There's a lot of double-crossing going on and it can get a bit confusing but it's worth sticking with it. I'm enjoying the Sherlock Holmes-type character too, it'll be fun to see what happens with him and Vader. Aphra seems like a great character too, definitely keen to read more about her and her backstory. She reminds me a lot of Han Solo.
