It wasn't that good. Author keeps constantly keeps talking about how great of a trainer he is and how he always has his players backs instead of actually teaching something. Any connections to business or other self development is lacking. Just loves talking about how great he is and how the players he worked with are success because of him. I couldn't finish it because I was tired of him tooting his own horn instead of teaching stuff and a lot of his views on stuff I don't agree with.
