This is about the dozenth book in her Kay Scarpetta series. I initially enjoyed the forensics and crime drama with the characters having some tolerable quirks. But as the series progressed, the characters' personality flaws became the focus and less appealing to the point where I no longer like any of the main characters and have quit the series.
