The Good Son by You-Jeong Jeong

This book definitely held my attention, I read it all in one sitting. It isn't a whodunnit, but I wasn't disappointed with that. It was pretty predictable, but overall a fun and thrilling read. It was an interesting perspective to be in, and I enjoy books with unlikable characters and unreliable narrators. That said, I hated the ending. It would have been so much more enjoyable without the epilogue. Even if this is based on a true story, the way the ending was written just wasn't believable. If it was written differently the dots may have connected better, or without the epilogue it would have been open-ended but still satisfying. Either one would have been an improvement.
