I think I’m gonna give this a 3 star
Just because it took me so much longer than it usually takes me to read a book. I just feel like the first half of the book I didn’t really want to pick it up but that also could just be a slight reading slump?
This was a spicy workplace/ “part time cowboy” romance.
This story was honestly pretty entertaining after the 30% mark but I kinda wish we got more of a slow burn. I feel like the last 40% was just them happy and together and it just felt a bit boring.
I will say the spice was pretty good until towards the end it started cringing me out….
Nash was possessive and quite jealous when it comes to Cece! But he was such a sweet and caring character and I really liked him.
Cece was a sweet and incredibly smart character and I really enjoyed seeing her become more confident and stand up for herself.
Other things I liked!
-pretty short chapters
-best friends who are nosy
-found family which is my favorite
-ginger is hilarious and I really hope she gets a book
