Perhaps the most dissatisfactory book I’ve ever read. There’s absolutely no emotional depth. It’s just shock value blown out of proportion, as if Bazterrica just tried to add as much filth as she could to get it as grotesque as possible. And that while the premise of the book is so promising.
Graphic: Body horror, Death, Rape, Cannibalism
Moderate: Animal cruelty, Animal death, Child death, Pedophilia, Sexual assault, Sexual content, Sexual violence, Trafficking, Pregnancy, Injury/Injury detail
