Perhaps the most dissatisfactory book I’ve ever read. There’s absolutely no emotional depth. It’s just shock value blown out of proportion, as if Bazterrica just tried to add as much filth as she could to get it as grotesque as possible. And that while the premise of the book is so promising.
Graphic: Body horror, Cannibalism, Death, and Rape
Moderate: Pregnancy, Sexual violence, Trafficking, Sexual assault, Injury/Injury detail, Pedophilia, Child death, Animal cruelty, Animal death, and Sexual content
