Viola is hands down the most insufferable character I've ever had the displeasure of reading about. She was so rude and unnecessarily mean to literally everyone, including her "best friend." I am not being hyperbolic when I say literally every person she encountered was an "idiot" or "incompetent" or just a waste of her time because she was simply too intelligent to be around them. Her POVs were genuinely making me angry. I tried to power through but I just couldn't because, unfortunately, my hatred for her proved to be insurmountable. Which is is a shame, because Olivie Blake is a phenomenal writer.
