Just watch the Ted talk. This book is very full of itself. Though the golden circle as a concept is a helpful reminder of how important the Why is for organizations, at times you'd think the author had discovered the theory of relativity.

Hard to even discern useful nuggets because I skimmed so quickly. Probably easiest to consume by reading the most high keyed quotes in the kindle version.
