Evelyn Hardcastle continues to die every day until Aiden Bishop can identify her killer in a race against time. However, every time the day begins again, Aiden wakes up in the body of a different witness at Blackheath Manor.

This book felt like Clue on a time-loop! I enjoyed the plot premise and puzzle style aspects of my read. While I was able to predict some of the conclusions, I was left surprised by others, despite the breadcrumbs the author provides along the way. Sadly, I didn’t at all connect with any of the many characters in this story and wish we would have had more POVs than a majority of problematic white dudes at a wealthy family estate. In summary, this book was still a pretty fun, page turning mystery with a twist.

One final note: I would not recommend reading the audiobook version standalone. After reading both the physical and audio together, I think would have been very difficult keeping track of all the characters with audio alone.
