Vicious Bonds pulled me into a gritty, layered world that felt both fresh and cinematic. Caz’s (the MMC) world in particular gave strong Peaky Blinders vibes, with its dark underworld energy and high-stakes intensity. I really liked the main characters. Their chemistry was undeniable, and the emotional stakes made their connection all the more compelling. That said, there were moments where parts of the romance could’ve been better developed to feel more earned or grounded. But overall, the intrigue and intensity carried the story well.
