Days of Rage: America's Radical Underground, the FBI, and the Forgotten Age of Revolutionary Violence by Bryan Burrough

5.0

Great historical nonfiction teaches you about something you didn't know and leaves you wanting to learn even more. Here, Burrough uses extensive research to illuminate this fascinating and little-discussed period when bombings were an almost everyday event throughout the country. Seriously, the 1970s was a unique and surreal time in our history and a whole lot deeper than bad clothes and disco. Possibly the lowest point in American history (Vietnam, recession, Nixon) after the Civil War.
