Tempting Promises by Corinne Michaels

5.0

Tempting Promises was a small town enemies to lovers with all the tension and banter. I loved Charlotte and Rowan, they had chemistry despite their rivalry. Charolette has disliked Rowan ever since he dated her sister. When a hiking trip forces these two to be stranded in the woods for a few days everything changes and they can’t fight the tension anymore. I loved seeing their friendship grow the more time they spent together and seeing her opinion change over time. This book was fun, steamy and a great read.

Andi Arndt and Jason Clarke narrate this book in dual narration and I absolutely loved this duo for Charlotte and Rowan. They brought the fun banter and their chemistry off the page and their performances were amazing.
