"Stop sexualizing the enemy."

Because this book is 300+ pages worth of just that... with nothing else.

Here's another TikTok recommendation that I'm still questioning if I liked or not. Based on the blurb, I did the wrong thing and assumed this was going to be a revenge-filled book with a character whose death was framed and she was set out to make everything right.

Instead, we got the most YA adult book where a majority of it is set in a college where every person of age in the town needs to attend and grown-ass people act like teens. (The cafeteria scene anyone...) And her revenge was petty and minuscule. Where was the ass-kicking?!

For a reverse harem, this seemed very one-sided and biased to one dude. Enemies to lovers...but not. Because it didn't make sense.

And the number of times Madison Kate's name was mentioned on every other page holy fu-.

I will say the mystery picked up in the last third of the book when things started to get revealed and the ending was left on a cliffhanger... And I will be reading the second book because I need to know what happens.
