📚Coming Home by Kennedy Ryan @kennedyryan1

🎧 Narrated by Wesleigh Siobhan & Jakobi Diem

This was my first Kennedy Ryan book and I am so late to the party. 🫣

Coming Home was an amazing story; for me, it was the right blend of romance and humor.  It’s about a chance at love years later when the feelings were there from Day 1. We all experienced that *sigh* It’s that guy/gal at school that had butterflies in your stomach just from the way he or she looked at you.

Don’t ask who mine was I’m not telling. 🤐

Anyways, I enjoyed this 2 hour 40 mins story of love between Toure’ and Niomi. I listened and felt the chemistry.  I like steam but you see chemistry in a book - I’m there for it all.

Coming Home also touched on some very important issues such as parenthood and life choices and their impact.

I loved hearing the thoughts of the 2 main characters as Kennedy took me from a reunion to solid meant to be love. *sigh* I’m a hopeless romantic who knows life can be messy.

Special shout-out to the narrators Wesleigh and Jakobi for their great work!

Now I gotta go get another KR book!
