Little Souls of Fire by Clio Evans
5.0
Did I stop everything I was doing at work to read this book? Yes!
Did I take my kindle to the gym to finish reading this book? Yes!
Did I cry on the treadmill when the book was over? YES!
This was the last entailment of the creature cafe series and I couldn’t be more proud and sad at how beautiful the Barista, Lucy, and Trixie came together as one in the end. As you can tell this story is about the Barista and his ex Lucifer coming head to head to finish a war between the two that has caused so much damage over the year. Lucy doesn’t want monsters and humans to be together and he’s trying to do whatever he can to stop the Barista from match making them together. As Lucy gets ready to confront the Barista once and for all, there a huge but tiny wretch throw in his plans by the name of Trixie and she has the capability to bring them both to their knees.
It’s been days since I fished this series and I can’t believe that’s over! Like what am I supposed to do without the Barista and his family he created of monsters and humans and all their little off spring that keep popping up out of no where. All I can say is, this series is easily one of my favorites this year. From the angst the drama, the good times and the bad, all of Lucy’s craziness and the tention a between the Barista and Trixie will truly be missed. I’m so glad the three of them where able to find comfort peace and happiness within each other. I’ll will forever be a Barista Bae and I thank this series for starting me on my monster romance journey!
